I'm a Pinkberry Addict: Redux

Remember how I vowed to stop blogging about frozen yogurt?
Yeah, me neither.

Check out today's New York Magazine restaurant page which features a link to yours truly and my fellow foodblogging friend Jeni from Oiishi Eats. You go yogurt girl!

If this keeps up, I may have to rename the site Colleen Eats a Lot of Yogurt and Sometimes Other Things.

nice work! i'm eagerly awaiting the pinkberry in los feliz.

also, re: the cupcakes? do you mean they just left the uneaten cupcakes in the box on the ground? B/c that's an expensive waste, if I'm remembering Sprinkles right.

rosie,

you can change the name of your website to rosieberry.com or just open up your own damn frogurt shop like all these other people. also charge ten bucks a cup so people know your frogurt is THE BEST because it's the most expensive. Prestige pricing, right, you marketing guru, you! c'mon, you gotta get something big out of this! gimme tha money. eff the fame.

Susie - Mr. Coffee has yogurt, huh? Sounds interesting... I will have to go try it.

Erin - I think the cupcakes were on the ground because the Pinkberry employee was standing manning the door and didn't have anywhere to put them. Not sure where they ended up at the end of the night though!

Eddie - you should charge for that advice, not just put it up free for all to see!

Kirk, Jeni - Yayy! Thanks!

Hi pencil#2 - Pinkberry is very different from all the places you mention. It's designed to taste like real yogurt (sour, tangy, creamy), whereas the other places you mention are designed to taste like ice cream. So your first bite of Pinkberry will taste a bit sour to you, if you are not familiar with the taste of plain yogurt. Some people expect it to taste like ice cream, and therefore don't like it... but people who love the taste of real yogurt love it.

BG - always trying to start something, aren't ya? =)

!!!!!!!!!!!!NEWS FLASH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard that Pinkberry bribed the franchisee's of the kiwiberri @ 3rd & La Cienega into purposly running the business into the ground then sell the business to Pinkberry for a large amount.. I didnt beleive it so I went by today and it looked a mess and get this the owner even told me quote " Were closed go to Pinkberry down the street it's better" I was shocked , could the rumors be true , I came to enjoy a kiwiberri yogurt because I like the distinct tangy and clean flavor of it , why would the owner of the establishment pursuade me to go to their competitor, this is confusing and if Pinkberry does business in this manner I for one woould never step inside their store.
